Pablo Llopis is an artist, facilitator, and professional photographer. Trained as a photographer between 2004-09 at the Art and Design School of Valencia and at the Academy Kunts International of Enschede (Netherlands), spent the following three years working as a gallery photographer, and as a facilitator at the summer school of the Penitentiary Centre of Picassent (Valencia) where delivered weekly participatory photography workshops. Between 2009 and 2012 based his practice on portrait photography developing two main collections “Articulo 25” and “There is Someone Forgotten”. Since 2012, he works and lives in Scotland where has extended his education, graduating from the Glasgow School of Art in Fine Art Photography in 2017. He has participated in numerous exhibitions in galleries and festivals in Edinburgh, London and Glasgow, was awarded a photographic prize to exhibit during London Photo 2016, and enjoyed a grant from Richard and Siobhan Coward Foundation in 2021. He is currently developing public engagement artistic activities for children.
